- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just called in to ask about a new patient appointment and was very unimpressed by the reception. I have not been to the dentist in a long while because I haven't been able to afford it. After asking about cleaning I was given a "Of course we do cleaning, it's a dental office". I just wanted some information and I got off the phone feeling frustrated. I will not be going to this dentist. Reception should be the first defense of good customer service.by cait stanMarch 23, 2017
