  Wish I never heard of Metro west, talked to a Erwin on Tuesday about insuring my out of province vehicle, he asked me to email me the registration and inspection. Didn't hear back from him, Thursday called him at 8am, said he was off Wednesday and would call me back. At 11:30 and 1:30 called me back with a question. 3:45 called him to find out what was happening. No answer, voicemail full, called the office Lisa told me nothing she can do, just keep calling him till he answers! What!! Called him 7 times before he picks up. Tells me he can come by in the evening, I said about what time, he said evening, I said there are a lot of hours in the evening, can you narrow it down. Finally got a time out of him. He gave me the quote over the phone, I said that's not the coverage I asked for. He said oh well it will probably be cheaper, but I not sure. Went to Westland insurance and had insurance on my vehicle in an hour. Guess Metro west really doesn't care about its customers. I will be moving my current insurance from Metro west as soon as I can.
