  Very slow. Refused to see my 10 month old daughter because I owed them $50 for a missed appointment and they never answer their phone!! Definitely time to find another Dr. (I must add I am a single mom on disability they are supposed to dismiss the owing charge)

  Love the doctors that work here. All of them seem to really be looking out for their patients. The reception may seem a little impatient with people but they do walk ins are theyre right next to the hospital so I give them a pass. Probably crazy busy for the clerical staff. They might keep you waiting but compared to the many other doctors that have kept me waiting HOURS, the 30 minutes is nothing.

  This all happened in a short period of time while I have been struggling to find a good doctor near my house. I came here with Gastritis symptoms and was diagnosed. Although pleasant, my doctor seemed very disinterested in my condition because its so 'common'. Instead of testing me further for root cause, they put me on a medication that delayed the testing for 6 weeks. Not only am I the one who had to request further tests, but they should have been done BEFORE any medication was given, as this would have affected which one I was to take. I have now been told by another medical professional that I should have also been referred to a G.I. and have a scope done on my stomach. For a separate condition, I also requested to be referred to a dermatologist to get a mark on my skin evaluated. After weeks of waiting, I received a call with my appointment time. I was not able to make that appointment time, so I called the day before to re schedule. The girl on the other line (Lily I believe) proceeded to raise her voice to me and said "You should have called sooner you know, this is now considered a last minute cancelation" and then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and spoke with another employee, and left my contact for the Office Manager to call me back. I still haven't heard from them. This clearly is not an office full of professionals. The whole time I have felt like I have to fight for someone to take my health concerns seriously. I will not be returning and will recommend that others steer clear.
