  AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I do not feel this doctor / clinic has patient's best interest in mind. My allergies are halfway healed but because of the sluggishness of this clinic, I am back to square one - Again, this is THE SLOWEST clinic I have ever been, and good luck trying to find anybody to listen to the phones with their part time hours. You are IN THE DARK! P.S. for Dr: Please retire and make way for younger, faster and more passionate doctors.

  Not coming back to this extremely unprofessional allergist. Myself and another patient walked out on our appointments today due to the unprofessional behaviour we had witnessed today. I arrived 1 hour prior to my appointment as I was giving myself enough time to make it to my 4pm appointment on time. A patient that had arrived prior to me was not seated (I repeat) not seated for his appointment till 3:53 pm given that his appointment is at 3. The patient was growing impatient like the rest of us as he asked the receptionist 28 mins after his appointment as to why he wasn't seated yet. I could tell the receptionist didn't feel comfortable sitting at the window as she was being gawked at and felt like they weren't acknowledging the fact that they were running behind schedule. Another patient came by to drop off chocolates and rather then seating the 3pm patient, they decided to chit chat with the patients that brought in chocolates for 15 or so minutes. I understand as a medical practice things are not going to run on time, I would advice that your office book 90 min appointments as you guys can't execute time management. I will be telling everyone not to come to your practice and that the dr should retire soon.
