  AMAZING DENTISTRY @ ASANTE DENTAL IN NEW WEST My name is Kim and I've been going to Dr Shivji since he opened his practice in New West many years ago. My family and I have had exceptional service over that time. I have been moved to write this testimonial due to the kindness and empathy he and his staff have shown me as I have been moving through some particular obstacles as of late. The unending ethical and moral practices of Dr. Shivji and his amazing support staff have helped me in ways I simply cannot emphasize enough.   I went to see Dr. Lam after seeing the advertised special for first time clients. He told me I had 9 cavities inbetween my teeth, totalling almost $2000. I moved to Vancouver a few years ago and this was my first time seeing a dentist in the city, I thought it would be good to have one closer to home. After receiving the quote I went to my dentist of 15 years in Victoria BC to get a second opinion. When the office called Dr. Lam's office to get the x-rays to review they said they didn't have me on file. After getting new X-rays and an examination my dentist concluded I had no cavities, just a few "watch" areas. DO NOT GO HERE. I am so glad I decided to get a second opinion.
