- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist Shannon was so rude on the phone. She made me feel stupid for asking questions and she periodically coughed at places as if to drive home that point. When I was physically in the office, I have noticed her demeanor when she was speaking to someone else on the phone as if she were superior to whoever it was on the other end.
