- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Steve and his team at New West were awesome to work with as I rehabbed a torn rotator cuff. Very knowledgeable staff, who got me back to 100%. Scheduled recovery time was twice a week for 6 weeks (12 sessions), and I was back to 100% by the end 6 weeks. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Their call centre messed up with my appointment! They put me into New Brunswick, but I am actually called in the New Westminster branch. So stupid!!! I wait for two weeks. When it comes to my appointment, and I came to the massage centre, they told me I have no appointment. Waste my time and ruin my mood.
